 Overview:
       Spray drying is the most widely used process in the liquid process forming and drying industries. It is most suitable for the production of powdery, granular solid products from solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pastes. Therefore, spray-drying is an ideal process when particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet precise criteria.
principle:
      The air is filtered and heated into the top air distributor of the dryer, where the hot air is spirally and uniformly into the drying chamber. The material liquid is sprayed into a fine mist liquid droplet by the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body, and is in contact with the hot air and can be dried in a very short time. The finished product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone, and the exhaust gas is evacuated by the blower.
Features:
● Drying speed, the liquid by the atomization, the surface area greatly increased in the hot air flow, instantaneous evaporation of 95% -98% of the water to complete the drying time only a few seconds, especially for heat-sensitive materials dry.
